HOW IT WORKS

01 — SUBMIT YOUR PIECE

Fill in the form below with the details of your Arve piece and upload a few photos showing its current condition.

02 — WE REVIEW

We'll review your submission and get back to you with the next steps. Please wait for our confirmation before sending your piece.

03 — SEND IT BACK

We'll cover the return shipping for approved ARVE RE: requests. Once your request has been reviewed, we'll send you instructions on how to return your piece.

04 — RECEIVE YOUR ARVE CREDITS

After receiving and inspecting your piece, we'll confirm its final condition and corresponding ARVE CREDIT.

OUR CONDITION GUIDE

EXCELLENT - A well-preserved piece with little to no visible wear, free from stains, holes or significant marks.

GOOD - A well-maintained piece showing signs of normal wear, while remaining clean, intact and fully wearable.

NOT SUITABLE FOR RESALE - A piece with significant wear, stains, holes or other damage that falls outside our resale standards. No ARVE CREDITS are issued for these pieces. Where a suitable solution is available, we'll explore textile recycling or donation.
