Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are presented clearly before checkout.
Payment is processed through our selected payment service providers. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary over time. The terms and conditions of the chosen payment provider apply to the transaction.
Orders & Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The agreement is concluded when the confirmation has been sent.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product information, or availability.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within Sweden. Estimated delivery times are stated at checkout.
Risk for the goods transfers to the customer when the order has been delivered.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 daysfrom the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item or proof of return.
Complaints & Consumer rights
You have the right to make a complaint within three (3) years in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
If a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. Approved complaints may result in repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Liability
Our liability is limited to what is required by applicable Swedish consumer protection law. We are not responsible for indirect damages unless otherwise required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes may be reviewed by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a Swedish court.
